TikTok's DOU+ helps creators and small businesses promote content. Enterprise users struggled with the onboarding steps and requirements. I redesigned the flow to clarify steps and reduce friction, improving first-time activation and completion rates. The project involved clarifying progressive steps and eligibility requirements, adding contextual guidance tailored for enterprise users, and partnering with PM/Eng for iterative testing and rollout.

The diagnostic tool surfaced too much information at once, overwhelming advertisers and slowing troubleshooting. I restructured the UX to prioritize critical issues and provide actionable, step-by-step guidance. The solution included creating a clear hierarchy of alerts and suggestions, adding visual indicators to focus on urgent actions first, and improving collaboration pathways with support teams.

A rapidly growing suite of B2B tools needed a unified, scalable design language. I contributed components, tokens, and guidelines that balanced consistency and flexibility across products. The design system included reusable components and interaction patterns, accessibility and localization support for global markets, and documented tokens and usage guidelines for cross-team adoption.
